These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "user") and WSCM ("we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Focused Work service and any related services, features, or applications (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
Focused Work is a web-based productivity tool that helps users plan projects, manage tasks, and track focus sessions. The Services are provided for organizational and productivity purposes only.
To use the Services, you must sign in using a supported social login provider (such as Google). By signing in, you agree to provide accurate information as supplied by your authentication provider.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You retain full ownership of all data you create within the Services, including projects, tasks, and focus session records ("User Data").
By using the Services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to store and process such data solely for the purpose of providing the Services and as described in our Privacy Policy.
We do not claim ownership of your User Data and do not analyze, sell, or reuse it outside the operation of the Services.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions, except as required by law.
You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services. Upon termination, access to your account and User Data may be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WSCM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data or business interruption, arising from your use of the Services.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
